here you go guys i was in a hurry on taking the pics... im going to drop the front more the installer told me that if i cut half a coil i'll be cool... but if i cut more then it will mess up the ride.. i want to close the front gap...

what i want to do is take of that lexus es300 emlem and put it on the lights... does any one know if the same ones go on the back tail lights or are they smaller

Beautiful ride bro. The H&R spring drop and new tails really make a big difference on the looks, especially with the '97-'99 ES color 
If I were you, I'd leave the 'ES 300' emblem where it is now, looks OK to me. But if you prefer moving it to the tailight (like in the '00-'01 ES), I suggest getting automotive emblem adhesive, particularly from 3M (excellent brand)
Oh yeah, the emblem size of the 'ES 300' on the '97-'99 ES and '00-'01 ES should be the same.
