What was your first mod on the ES?

I guess my first real mod was coming up with a good solution for dealing with the notorious burnt out gauge needle problem on my 2nd gen. 1993 ES300
I removed the old dead strips of LEDs from my needles and installed one new bright red LED at the tip of each. Oh, and I replaced the old yellowish incandescent cluster backlighting bulbs with new white/blue LEDs. It made a significant difference to the look of the instrument cluster, and afterwards I could actually read all of my gauges again!
That was about a year ago, but I just discovered this thread.
