Do you have a lot of cash in the bank? Might want to tell members how many miles on the car & if you want to use original Lexus parts or aftermarket. I'd make some phone calls to a couple Lexus dealers first & get some prices, then call some large auto parts chains & do the same. Let us know your findings. Give a more specific list of any & all replacement parts that are required would hurt as well.

Thanks
I was looking on the net last night and found parts
for windoms in NZ. My ? is will parts fit ? I know they
look alike & all but are they the same? The parts are
off scrap cars and they had alot of them. I was thinking
of asking about price & shiping, however it was 1am and
thought I would try diring the week day.The sit is (www.toyotaparts.co.nz )
look under windom. Maybe if the price is right a used engine from some place
like this would be best? My es is paid for and I just got a house, so my es is sort
of my toy. I dont want to sell it or look at new lex and have the payments that go
with it. I can use that money to fix what I have or put in the house. Any way I
just asking around. BTW it has 167,000 on it and it is all factory parts from when
it was new!

You wont have any problems oldlex.. Hate to say it, but your ES is a Windom!.. Very proud Windom owner here!... The only difference is the badges, and the engine cover.. Other than that, your Lex is exactly the same...Just check wether it is an MCV10 or MCV11.. I have a 96 and its an MCV11.. Also get yourself a set of Windom badges to go with the upgrade!.. we would all love to see pics also..

Chris
