staggered setup serves no purpose on a fwd car, but im going for that look

to fit the 9.5" wide wheel, there will be body modifications done to make them flush with the car

What part of 1SICK's quote do you not understand?
Onto a staggered setup on FWD, that is a no, no. Staggered is a functional thing for RWD cars. It allows more tire onto the rear, where the power delivery is. Staggered on FWD serves no purpose and you will get bashed for it. On the Acura boards, a couple guys did it and got FLAMED BADLY. It makes no sense on a FWD car.
HB, it's nice that you're looking to do something different, but please do it right the first time; this is what modding is all about.

I'm not sure how he did it. I gave them the paint code. and they mixed it. It prob. didn't come out exactly like the gs but I love the way it turned out. I havent compared the two yet so I'm not too sure how close they hre. In the pics it looks the same. But either way I'm happy with it. Think my wheels in chrome would look better?

I wonder how it will ride... lol

Anyway, if you already got the wheels... might as well stick with it. Hope to see pics soon.

Wider rear wheels/tires on a FWD car? LOL!! I'm sorry, but that is really not a smart thing to do. Do you know anything about vehicle dynamics? An ES300 understeers enough as is, putting wider rear rubber will do nothing but amplify that handling trait. Sure, I understand that you want the looks, but in an emergency accident-avoidance situation, your car will not be able to handle as it is supposed to, and your chances of getting in an accident of far greater because the balance from the factory has been thrown out of whack. Going after looks is cool, but doing it at the expense of vehicle performance, safety, and function is flat-out dumb.

Wow, this thread has become so polluted.

Anyway, back to the topic.

jhenty, Mille Migglia EVO5's look great on first gen's (see KyleHarty's).

Also, availability of good wheels has become a huge problem these days, read through some of the threads in the Tires and Wheels forum on CL and you'll read about nightmares people are having with certain companies and distributors.

IMO, if you don't have a trust worthy wheel shop in your area, give serious consideration to the Tire Rack. I'm sure you already know they are prompt and reliable people.

Good Luck!

I don't post for no reason. Here is what I stated:
Look I don't know what the heck is going on around the ES forum, but if I get one more PM about personal attacks etc etc, I will be issuing warnings.
You don't want to listen, you get a warning from me, then 2 choices after that if u don't comply, the stairs or the window.
