where can i find some shocks and struts for my 1997 es 300. and how much do they cost

Shocks and struts are basically the same thing. A lot of people on here have KYB, including myself.

es300 doesnt have shocks, only struts... go to a store and buy some

I bought mine from Ebay..... Username was jdmwerks or something.

You can also get them from a Club Lexus vendor/sponsor, http://www.tmengineering.net/. They are very reliable, I ordered my springs from them and they came within a few days.

If you do a search, you will find in the ES Suspension section that KYB and Tokico are the most prevalant. You can also have the OEM struts recharged btw.

From the L-tuned page, it seems like the shocks/struts are only made for the GS, IS and LS400.

Tiekico are very good shocks that what I have resently purchased they are gad shocks and they contain nitrogen oxygen within the tubes. They are going for about $ 215 on ebay right now. If you can talk to a loacl tire or repair place in your town they usually can cut you a deal on them! Another good company is B&N
