Default Head unit install but no kit for a 99

I'm looking to install a Pioneer DEH-P8400MP head unit in my 99 but to my surprise I can not find a kit for my 99 ES300. I need some help, do any of you know where I can find one or am I SOL?

I’m not that knowledgeable when it comes to installing audio equipment, so I will have to find someone to do the install for me. What would be the ideal price to pay for the install? I’ve talked to a few local shops and they quoted me around $300. Is it me your does that sound just a little high?
