squarehat pretty much hit the right years for the Coach Edition ES models, and as steviej noted, I used to own a black/black 1996 ES300 Coach Edition for several years until I sold it last year. You can see more pictures and details of the car by clicking here.

Nice to see you have a '99 Coach Edition ES. Which color combo do you have? Got any pics you can post? I love how the black pearl badging and special Coach Edition wheels set the ES apart from the "normal" pack

meekus: Yes, Coach Edition comes from the fashion design brand name Coach.

one30boy: Oh man, sorry to hear about the keying incident. I guess people in the area can't be so trustworthy these days...

As far as I know, only the Coach Edition and Platinum Edition have been enforced on the ES300. I never heard of 'Arlington Edition'. Where does it say that on the car?

Mine is the Japanese version of the Coach.. Here it is called a Lexter... So basically I drive a 1996 Toyota Windom, Lexter, 2.5.. Only difference is that it has the Coach addition stuff in it, and it was released here in Japan with a beefed up 2.5L motor... I have also noticed that here in Japan. The Lexter was only released in Silver...

I'm guessing it (Arlington Edition) was a special appearance (e.g. pinstriping/badging) package put together by a dealer, so that they could charge a nice markup. I've seen Cadillac dealers do this, especially.

Speaking of a pinstriping job on an ES, here's one I found on Ebay (this is a '96 ES):

I am not sure what kind of package was put together for that ES, but I'd take off all the unnecessary pinstriping in a heartbeat

As I have a silver car. I pinstriped mine with 3mm black.. I have two pinstripes running along each side.. Although I must say mine doesnt look hidious like the one above.. The pistripes on mine have actually acsentuated my car alot... I see other silver windoms here, and am glad I put the stripes on mine! Pinstriping is ok, only if done right, and not tacky!
