it's not that we hate them it just don't look good on everyones ride

 

they just used my old glovebox and that's all i know really.it took the guy 2 day to make it

 

Nothing wrong with gold badges.. But when MRLEX first joined us, he had them on his 1 tone baby blue es, with those massive ole chrome wheels, and it was too much on the eyes.. the silver badges were a more smoother alternative...

Gold emblems look good in some body colors, and bad in others. The gold badges with the baby blue color don't appear attractive, according to the majority in this forum. Do a search for MRLEXUS' car with the gold badges here, and you'll find some pics.

BTW MRLEXUS, excellent job with the custom mods to your ES. They are definitely the meat and potatoes that help you place well in shows, and I'm also amazed you use it as a daily driver

what hoebag was saying that they used fiberglass to make your compartment shaped the way it is and to fit your stuff in it.....and most likely that is what they used

Swap the Xbox to run Linux and be a real modder I saw somewhere where a guy did that and then rigged his cell to it so that he had a mobile internet connection. Just a thought!

i got the wood grain from ebay the kit is a exact match for my car and year

 

Unless ur car is black or a dark color it would look nice.

 

airbags would make this car stand out a ton more, mods are looking great. my only thing is the wheels, Im digging the chrome on that color, but I just wish you had some lip...

 

I havto say I'm very impressed with the way you fixed your car up since when you first came to the club. Its looking much cleaner now and with higher quality. Congrats on the trophy and keep up the good work with more mods. Its good to see someone doing something different. Very original. Maybe a body kit next? Seems like you've got the money for a real one from japan or something. Cars lookin good.

 

air suspension is garbage.... my friend has canovers (very expensive setup from japan) and he still has problems

too many problems with bags... makes it not worth it
