As far as modifications go for the 330, you got yourself a great package with the wood-and-leather combo and factory HIDs. I wouldn't mess too much with the interior since you'd probably say to yourself it's perfect for your needs. New wheels and tires come to mind, as well as aftermarket suspension, but personally I think the stock suspension on the '02-'04 ES is stiff yet comfortable over bumps on the roads.
Post some pics of your new ride when you get a chance

Congragulations
I'll add my congragulations. Now...get it off to a good start. No hard or panic braking for the first 1000 miles except for an emergency. Also for the first 1000 miles, don't run the tach much over about 4000 RPM, and try to vary the engine speed up and down...in other words, don't just take a long trip at constant engine speed on the Interstate. Don't lay any rubber. And consider an oil and filter change at 1000-1500 miles (even thought it isn't in the manual). to get the impurities and shavings out. All this will help the engine, transmission, and brakes seat and break-in properly.
After the break-in period, then you can drive it a little harder if you want....but, of course, the ES is not a sport sedan like the IS....it is not designed to be thrown around corners.
