Hello all. A newbie here. I have a 95 ES that's got a couple issues. First off, my windshield wipers no longer move to the rest position before they oscillate back and forth. They move the full travel distance from the off positon to full extension everytime I turn them on. Has anybody seen this before? I talked to a technician at the local dealer and he had no clue. My other problem are those wonderful instrument cluster lights. Can someone please give me the post that explains how to pull this and change the bulbs? The lights are going out in both the guages and needles. Thanks for your help.

Not sure about the wipers, but for the instrument cluster, check out lextech.org....
