RIGHT - I am not confused at all.
There are both top and bottom sway bars on many cars and then there are strut tower braces. Camries don't use a top sway bar, however many other cars do.
Strut braces don't link the strut, directly, the keep the top of the tower it rides in from flexing in the top.
Read closer please.

TRD bar on street is less than the Whiteline. TRD on track is more than the Whiteline.
RSB+tower brace is the only thing needed IMHO. Like I said earlier, I don't understand why he bought the front bar also for his car. If you want to bash the Whiteline for being sprung too much, then I could easily bonk you for using the street setting on the TRD RSB along with a FSB. You might not lean, but you sure just put some of that understeer you had taken out originally.
That's assuming you use Street. If you use Track and tell me the Whiteline is stiffer, I'll laugh for a long time.

And yes, Both RSB's can break the back end loose if you let it.
NEVER INSTALL A FRONT SWAY BAR ONLY ON A FWD CAR. You will understeer your *** right off a cliff.
One last thing... Sway bars work by increasing effective spring rate on the compressed side, and transfers a small amount to the opposite side.
Hit a bump on one side and you know the differance immediately.

Question. Why would the front sway be so "dangerous"? It seems the experts are saying add just the rear bar as the front could cause trouble. I know I added TRD sways front and rear to the GS and the difference was night and day in stability especially the corners.
Is it b/c the ES is FWD? That is why add on the rear sway bar? Thanks.

Because we want either more neutral, or more oversteer instead of the horrible understeer that comes with most stock FWD cars. By stiffening the front, you're piling on understeer to a car that allready can't throw it's butt out
