el gato, I was kinda expecting that to happen sooner or later on a 2" dropped suspension like yours. For any set of new springs, it takes some time for the springs to settle, so you don't really notice the lowering difference until after a week or so on the car. I may be wrong here, but coilovers would eliminate the "settle time" often seen in aftermarket springs.

Good luck in whatever decision you choose (either fender work or back to the H&R springs, if you still have them).

lexusk8......I just simply don't know any more I don't even have my system in the car...I'ts in the closet......so, what I'm thinking is put the 1.2 H&R on the back and my sound system and keep the 2inch drop on front...what do you think...would that be ok or ghetto?

Not sure if there are any effects of running different springs up front and back in the rear... But if you do it, you will come out even in height maybe? The front is higher with the Intrax and if I put, for example Eibach in the rear, it would probably come out even... lol I confused myself...

still not satisfied...... I mean it looks good but I'm gonna stay with the 1.8 in the rear with the system

shve the inner fenders so it won't rub and I'm going with 2.7 in the front instead of 2.0...I found these...they fit 97-01 solarahttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33582&item=7908722877&rd=1

I did it I chopped the front oem springs to get that low look.....bad move.....YES>>>

the problem was not the ride.....let me tell you it rode better than the H&Rs.....the problem was that that the cut spring was not staying put....it would tend to slide of when going over a hump....

so today I purchased air struts el gato will be riding on air...check them out at www.chassistech.comwww.chassistech.com
