Default Yes your right

I'm sorry - your right - I didn't see the side mouldings, as like Lexus007's car. Yes the 2-tone side mold was discontinued after 2002. Thank-you for pointing it out more clearly.

Happy Driving!
Cheers,
ROZ

The side mouldings are highlighted in the picture I attached below (using Lexus007's ES as an example). Also, the 2-tone pattern was discontinued starting with the 2002 ES model.
Is there anyway i can take off the side moldings? Is it held on by 2sided tape?Or is there rivets too?

The ES from 90 all the way to 2001 were the years the two tone with lower gray accent cladding was available. 2002 was the first year to steer away from the outdated 2 tone look.

It's 2 sided tape. No rivets. Remember, those mouldings were added at the port. I bet if you look on the factory window sticker if you still have it, these pieces wouldn't have been mentioned at all..and probably placed on a supplement sticker as markup items for the car.

I don't recall if the later ES' two tone was just a painted on or a painted cladding. If it's cladding, it should only be attached by double sided and a fastener or two. Yes it's painted underneath.

Hey 007 - I thought that 8.5" wide was too wide for the Es??? The Evo's are one of my favorite moderately priced rims...
Do you have any fitment or rubbing issues?

I know they are too wide on the 92-96, looks like they work on the 97-01.

The IS300 wheels won't fit? Would they fit a 96 camry?

They will fit, but asthetically, they look wrong on the car because of the offset. The rear wheels will sit inward more causing the car to look like the axles were shortened in the rear. I wouldn't recommend it.

They will fit a camry, I know some members fitted them on the es300's but you also need spacers.
