wijacket: when in doubt, go back to the dealer and get behind the wheel of a loaner ES330 or one on the lot and bring the service manager with you. Show him the noise in your car, then go drive another ES330 and see if it does the same thing. If it does then made it is inherent in the design. If it doesn't, yours needs a closer look.
