chickpig, good looking out for the new ES in real-life form, and I'm glad Lexus decided to switch the wood trim type back to the one used in the '97-'01 ES models

Stateside is the 3MZ-FE 3.3L V6 aka ES330. International markets ES300 1MZ-FE 3.0L. It's almost like how the Altezza has different engine Variants...you have the 2.0L I6 and the 2.0L 3S-GE available and the 2JZ-GE for the other markets.

wondering, so with those type of headlamps, will they be adaptive headlamps like the ones on the LS 430 and RX 330, just regular headlamps like the projector ones on the LX, GX, and SC? and are they HID? but anyways, its about time that Lexus did something to change the ES so it would be competed best against its competitors. The 2005 Toyota Camry is nice to. just logg onto the toyota website and click camry pics. you'll see.

I said this above: "Stateside is the 3MZ-FE 3.3L V6 aka ES330. International markets ES300 1MZ-FE 3.0L"
What I meant with Stateside should have meant North America (US & Canadian markets). My analogy was with the Altezza/IS on how the 2JZ 3.0 I6 was a North American only market powerplant until the Altezza Gita was introduced for the other markets. And how the 2.0L I6 and 2.0L 4cyl Beams 3SGE powerplant are engine choices in other markets outside the US.
Just like how the Windom had a 2MZ-FE 2.5L V6 version in Asian markets only and we had the 1MZ-FE specifically.

oh alright, i though with the ES that has some of that kind of technology, it would be more closly compared to for example the new Acura TL. and I also think that maybe, they should offer on the ES adaptive transmission. i been with CL for a while to LOL i just forgot my password on the other name
