hey guys my dad took out the needles on the car recently to try to fix the light problem. He couldnt fix it so he put it back in. Now the rpm and the speed needles are off. Does anyone know how to manually calibrate the needle. I wish lexus has some kind of diagnostic thing in the guage. my friends mustang you can hold down the button that resets the mileage then turn on the ignition. this will take you to a test mode. then it will show you rpm and speed and all that.. then u start the car and the rpms will go up and you place the needle where it should be. then u can drive and it will show you the speed your going and then you can pop the needle back in the right place. lexus doesnt have antying like this does it?

So, far i have not found anything eather.

I just found out. We place them on the wrong spot. for what i guader in situation have the car sturned off and then take the needle off and be sure to place them in the spot you need.Wich in this case it would be 0 on both. But be sure they sit on 0 before you turn the car on and it should be ok. That dont sound write, but apperently the person i got this from works at lextech. im gonig to try it on mine.
