i never flooded though i think, i mean i never pressed the gas to start it, it starts on its own n stays started, even if the plugs are bad would it cause smoke to come out of the Tail Pipe?

click on my username, my email is in my profile.
i would love to see the vid.
it looks like either your head is leaking (rare, and ill say why in a minute)
or your exhaust manifold is leaking.
your heads cant really leak oil out. because to do this, oil would have to find its way out of the cylinders. it would have to pass over coolant passages and not get oil in the coolant. if you blow a headgasket, you either have coolant in your oil, or oil in your coolant 9X out of 10.
i have seen 1 case, in the 10 years that i have been working on engines, that the head has leaked oil out of the engine, and not gotten into the coolant resivoir...so it does happen, but its rare.
fouled plugs will cause a misfire, which can cause smoke, but not massive amounts.
your exhaust manifold leaking will cause a wandering idle as well as smoke. if the gasket on that manifold is bad, its leaking dripping oil into the exhast, from the head, and that oil gets in the manifold as smoke. some people dont understand that a leaky exhaust manifold will affect idle, its like your intake system, but backwards. what happens when you get a vaccuum leak?
the sure fire way to tell is do what i said and sniff the exhaust.
also, send the vid.
EDIT: that valve cover looks fine...unless that shade of orange is a coat of fresh oil.
i would venture to say, your heads are leaking at the manifold.

I broke the same sensor this summer when removing the intake arm to clean the throttle body. If I had seen your post earlier I might have been able to help you earlier, because your rough idle and problems starting along with the funny exhaust smell are exactly the same symptoms I had. And then my car completely died and I had to have it towed. Got a new MAF sensor installed for $200 total by my mechanic.
Hopefully everything works out for you.

it is obvious from th epix that you have a small oil leak, but nothing you HAVE to worry about now.

It has been Fixed! It was that Big Sensor on the Air Box, the Air Flow Meter, I got one from the Junkyard for $100 from a V6 Camry, tossed it in everything was fine! i must have broken it when putting in the new air filter, went to the dealer just for a price a toyota dealer, and they priced it out at 638.97 Alot so i opted for the junkyard one and all is well LEXUS IS BACK !

thast a ridiculous price LOL, i hate dealers.
glad you figured it out...now lean towards fixing those oil leaks before they get worse. you dont want to let themget to the pont that they leak on the ground...
