where can i get a wheel lock ?
hi,
i found out that my wheel lock is broken, so i would not be able to change tires on my car.
i dont know how this could have happened. I found out when I was servicing the car and asked
the dealer to rotate my tires. Then he told me that he wasn't able to take the tires out because my
wheel lock is broken .
So, rather than buying it from the dealer, I was thinking if there's a place online that sold them at a cheaper price.... does anybody know what website sells wheel locks ?
i've searched on yahoo n google for 'lexus wheel locks' but cant find any websites that sold them .
btw , the wheel lock I am talking about is the one that is not on the tires, but the little thing where you use it to open the lock on the tires.

are you talking about the key to the lock or the actual lug?
most aftermarket locks are too short for oem wheels, but try gorilla locks from discount tire, theyre like $25 for a set of 4, best tuner lugs IMO
the thread pitch is 112 i think.. or something with a 12.. rofl

there are more than one type of keys for the oem wheel locks. The best place to get one is at the dealer, I think they run for no more than 20 bucks and thats something you really need just incase anything goes wronge with your tire!
