Default 92 es300 engine swap? 3VZFE and 1mzfe

Hi I just got a 92 es300 lexus with a blown head. I was searching and searching to find out if a 1MZFE motor will fit into my car with out any fabracation? I can not find a place that can tell me Yes or No. Please let me now ify any of you know that engine would fit. Right now it has a 3VZFE in it. And how hard would it be to do the swap my self. I have done a couple swaps on hondas but never tinkerd with Lexus/Toyotas. Any help would be very appreciative.

Thanks, DFord

Youd have to make custom motor mounts and a few other things. You'd be better off having the heads remachined, ported polished and milled.

The car has 192k miles on it. I was thinking it would be better to get a newer motor in it. Would it be easier to do the heads or put the excact same motor in it with less miles?

If youre looking for performance, do the heads. Otherwise, buy a jdm 3vzfe on ebay.

right on with that! i got my jdm engine from ebay w/40,000 miles for $700 + $100 shipping.
you may or maynot run into any problems with a jdm swapp, according to my research on camry forums. jdm engines do not have an egr...thats the only difference btween engines and you may have to run higher octane fuel. and it will plug right into your original harness/ecu. my original motor had 179000 miles on it and i blew my head so i decided to just swap out motors becus it was easiest/ cheapest/ and plus the leaking valve seals wont be there anymore.

yeah, thats the guy i got mine from. tom lin from JAPANESE ENGINES. he's right about the millage, which sucks, but when my motor got in, everything looked new...the only thing was shipping sucked!!! the crate it came on collapsed, so the intake/throttle manifold broke...but we just replaced that with my original one, which costed us a new gasket tho.
