New sound system

I would like to put a new sound system in my car, I have a 1994 ES300 with a 6 disk changer in the trunk. I want to put in an amp and a sub, but I don't know what I should buy or what will work with it. If anyone has put in a new sound system or added anything could you help me out? thanks... Andy

I have just done a new system in my 96 ES300.
Eclipse 8052 components in the front.
Eclipse 9393 6x9 in the rear.
Soundstream Rubicon 555 amplify.
JL 10w3 Sub in the customized box.
Pentium III 450 book pc with loads of mp3s.
18 gigs of hard drive.
64meg memory.
Winamp to play music.
Remote control plug in for the winamp.
