does any one know where i can find some wood grain sheets for my dash, i have a 98 es300 with a tv in the deck.

Welcome to CL! Most people here order wood trim for their dash on their ES at http://www.exoticwooddash.com. Prices on that site are pretty accurate, but you can call them up and verify them. Also if you wish to put a trim around the TV screen on your center console, you can call them up and ask for an extra blank sheet of the same wood trim. Not sure how much that costs, but I know one member that has done it to put trim around his Alpine head unit.

Lexus interiors use real wood, not wood grain. Try to look for california walnuit, that is the wood in the ES. Welcome to Clublexus.
