Lightbulb Help me with this mod (Radar where the clock is)

I seen a pic on here that a guy put his radar detector where his clock was. I want to know do anybody in the Club know how to do this to a 98 ES 300 with a Cobra. I don't mind that the clock is missing because I can you my Avic N1 for the time. I just think that's the most simples and rawest mod i have seen since turning you fac navi into a dvd monitor. Help a pimp out. I hate to let the cops know I got a radar in the Lex. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP.

I could be wrong, but i dont think he used a plug and play radar detector. He probably used a hardwired version i believe. You place the sensors in the front of your car and in the back of your car somewhere in the grill or in the bumper or wehre the dash and window meet... then you place your display anywhere in your car. He probably placed the display unit where the clock is. that's what i would imagine would be done since the clock and the display module are the same size and shape. If you had a picture i think it would be better
