The only problem you might encounter is the 1998 es300 trunk light wire bulb harness is too big to be put on the 2000 tail lights. I bought the 2000 es300 bulb wiring harness so it would fit the trunk tail lights and guess what it's "PLUG AND PLAY". I just think it looks better than the amber lens.

 

That looks clean..I love how the clear and red blends into the color of the car...Your lips on your wheels look badass also..Great work.

 

just take off the "ES300" on the taillight now, too many emblems at the rear

I'm with juan on the emblems. I suggest taking off the 'WINDOM' emblem but that's just my opinion

Only thing I dont like much on those updated lights are the emblem on the actual light.. never cared for that, I think it looks better with the emblems on the trunk.
