Does anyone know if a 1992-96 windom Hood and windshield would fit a 1996 ES300? If so, is it a good idea, and will it bring down the value of my ES? See the reason i'm thinking of changing my hood and winshield is because they got damaged when the hood flew up and cracked the windshield (tragic). I live in the Bahamas and windom parts are pretty available and inexpensive so the hood and winshield would be cheaper if i bought the Windom parts instead of Lexus OEM hood and windshield. I'm a newbie so please if anyone could shed some light on this situation it would be helpful.
Thanks
Thanks

Welcome to CL. It makes absolutely no difference in terms of value when you change the hood or windshield on your '96 ES. I wonder how the hood flew up on your ES. Did you completely close the hood before that happened? I'd check the hood struts and see if they are OK.
