I am currently attempting to replace the power window swtich on my 1996 lexus es 300. I have been having some trouble removing the front interior door panel in order to access the switch. I was wondering if there are any hidden screws that I should be aware of. So far, I have removed a screw from the bottom of the tray, one from the right side of the door, and two other button fasteners from the left side of the door. Are there any other screws or fasteners that I am missing?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Check out this guy's instructional web page on how to remove the door panel in a '96 ES. It should help you remove the master window switch assembly.

removing the interior door handle trim piece is a pain and feels like something going to break. just gently keep prying on the square end until it pops out. you will then see how it is held in place by notches and future removal will be easier. sometimes you might have to pull on the interior door handle to move it out of the way for a sec. just be gentle and take your time.
