I just installed the 01 tailights and all of them worked fine except the innermount on passenger side (with trunk lock). I will put in new bulbs tom, but can there be any other problem(something I should look for)?

 

Your post is a little vague. Can you be more specific on what the problem is with the inner tailight assy on the passenger side?

 

The lights dont work on the innermount taillight with the trunk popper(es 300 badge taillight).. On the stock one , I pretty much ripped it ou cause I didn't notice the one screw that was hidden in there. Also the 2 screws to the trunk popper broke, but that shouldn't matter. I will try to fabricate something, probably just use a powerdrill and make 2 new screws to lock in the trunk lock. I can still pop the trunk with the button on the inside of the car and from the remote(which I always use anyway). I'm going to get 2 new bulbs right now and if that doesn't work can there be anything else wrong(something I should look for)? All 3 other tailllights work and look great though.

 

Since you said you ripped the old inner tailight out from the passenger side, there's a possibility that you may have disconnected or broken off a couple wiring harnesses to the bulbs. Check all wiring and make sure they're OK.

Do you have any before and after pics of the ES tailights to share with us? I like to see how those new tailights look with your factory grey ES.

 

With the new bulbs everything works, I was just worried that I may have broken something. I will post pics in the spring when I put my wheels back on.
