get the mtec cosmos blue 9006 bulbs!!
those things are bomb diggidy and even cheaper than sylvianias!! With those bulbs you truly can achieve the HID appearance.

One of our ES veteran members (egainer) used to have blue bulbs for high beams and HID's for low beams (as well as clear corners) in his '94 ES. This is the only pic I can find with the bulb setup (please mind the accident display, this happened a long time ago before he got rid of the ES).

Go with the PIAA, I had mines for about 2 years and they shine real white no blue at all, I got mines from www.luxurymods.com. If you check there website, they also sell OEM fog lights replacement...I purchased rotors from them and they are real good with shipping and customer service...I think they could get HID kits tooo but I'm not sure though (friend told me)

btw, you can also bolt right in 95-96ES foglights with the square clear lens instead of the 92-94ES foglights with circle yellow lens. respective bumper grill have to be used tho.

I would go with the Nokya arctic white bulbs found on Autothing.com. I have had these lights for a year and I think they are far better then the sylvania silverstars. They have a bluer tint to them and i believe they are the closest thing to HID. I bought them for about $25.00 for the pair. My fiance' has them on her 00 Accord and they look wonderful on that car also.
