Default 97-99 to 00-01 Bumper Conversions...

Hi guys, my little brother has a 97 ES300 with 170K miles on it. The paint has scratches in various spots around the car and the headlights/foglights are very hazy. To top things off, it's probably the worst color they ever made for the ES...it's a violet/purple color.

So I thought about repainting the whole car to a factory white/silver scheme with 00-01 bumpers and lights. I've searched, I found out that the taillights and headlights are a direct bolt on. The fenders and hood are the same.

So my question is how do I go about putting on the 00-01 front and rear bumpers? Are the shock absorbers the same? Will I need a 00-01 radiar support or anything of the sort? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

So I can just get the front bumper and rear bumper and just bolt them on without any thing else required? Are the side skirts and front grill the same too?

Yes the rear bumper is the same for all '97-'01 ES. As HB pointed out, only difference is the front bumper, grille and foglights.
