The ceiling upholstery in my 01 ES300 is loose near the rear window. I can see one side hangs down, when I tried to push it up there was no clicking sound so I guess the clip is gone. I am afraid to pull the upholstery open to check. Has it happened to anyone or anyone knows how to get the upholstery reattached?

Also I would like to know how to take off/remove the glovebox. There seems to be something loose behind it so when I make a turn, I can hear something rolling from one side to the other.
Any help and suggestions are much appreciated.
