Default What else to do at 120k service?

I will be doing the timing belt, acc. belts, waterpump, cam/crank seals, both tensioners, valve cover gaskets, thermostat, full tune-up, and a K&N drop-in. Anything else I should do?(PCV valve?) TIA

spark plugs and wires. all fluids. struts, mounts, wheels and tires, paintjob, window tinting, new leather for the inside, upgrade the radio, add a sub....that should do it.

Full tune up should include the fuel filter & a new PCV valve. Perhaps all new engine coolant? (or I guess they do that when they replace the water pump anyways?). Consider the new 'pink' Toyota super long life engine coolant.

I think that should about cover all basis. Let us know when you begin getting estimates for all the listed work - I will be looking into getting the same done in about another 10k

There will be no estimates...I am doing it!(with my technical mentor) I am also a Honda enthusiast, and I want to do the work to this car just as I did my Hondas. Not paying for labor allows you to buy more stuff!
