the dash really does look great on some of the guys that have'em here.
I'm thinking about getting it too but do you guys think it would look as good on black interior as the beige?

Default Original question reply

I'm replying to myself since this thread got off track, and I never really got a response to my question. I did a lot of research. Some dash kits are real wood, and some are plastic. I had seen the plastic version, and while it looked pretty good, the color was not a good match. I ended up buying a wood kit from edashkit.com. I spoke with them twice. The guy assured me that it was real wood and would match the original wood in my '97. I paid $146 for the 11 piece kit. It arrived well packed with good instructions and the cleaner and adhesive. I have to say the wood looks like it came from the same tree as the original wood in my car. It's a perfect match. The pieces are very high quality; fit perfectly, and add a very finished look to my interior. I'm very pleased with both the product and the price. The price I paid was the low point for real wood. You can find the plastic version for less money, but not much. You can also pay a lot more, and I'm not sure what more you get for the extra money.

yea I think it will. I have the wood dash in my 2000 w/black leather and it looks really nice I just want to complete the look with the wood around the vents, the overhead and on the glove box.

I just ordered from edash.com they're like $30 cheaper than exoticwooddash.com. Both of them do provide free UPS ground shipping, but with some of the complaints I've heard about the ewc customer service I decided to go with edash. Let you guys know how I make out when I get the kit. Peace out, "D"

Default edash

Edashkit.com was recommended to me when I bought my certified...I asked the salesperson about the interior and he told me about them..From what I understand they make a ton of these for other sites and dealers- the pricing is low because you are buying direct. 2yrs out and mine still looks new.
