In July 2004, I traded in my 03 GS300 for a new vette convertible. Everyday that passed after trading the Lexus, I regretted not waiting to have another vette until I could keep my Lexus and have the vette to.
Well, to make a long story short, I just picked up a 99 ES300, moonroof, leather, heated seats, VSC, traction control, premium sound, side airbags, chrome wheels...all the goodies. 88K miles and in as good a condition as an 88K mile car can be. Really nice car. I ended up getting the car for 10,600. I'm paying an additional 700 hundred for new tires, timing belt change and new water pump.
I am waiting a week to pick it up, as they're sending the car out to be professionally detailed and they're sending the car to the Lexus dealer for the timing belt/water pump change. I can't wait to be back into a Lexus again! Once you own one, you realize just how much you miss them when you don't have one. Even though I love my vette, it's still just a 59K Chevrolet.

Awesome deal to get back into the Lexus game, and congrats on picking up a '99 ES with decent mileage. Good to see you've already paid to have the t-belt and water pump changed. Do the oil changes religiously without missing a beat, and you'll enjoy many miles of Lexus happiness in years to come!
