Of course they are not in the same class, one CLS can buy almost two ES. I am talking about the looks. Don’t you think they look similar?

yeah close enough to show you how great a lexus would look like if they werent trying to sell the es300 to my grandmother. Still hate the look of the new es. wish they would move the design into a different direction.

IMO the Benz is obviously unique

Maybe just the shell or base of the vehicle may look kind of similar, but other than that the Mercedes looks a lot more sleek and the lights are shaped differently, not to mension the body kits look nothing alike. The door panels has this unique design as well. SOrry, but they're two different cars.

There is actually a thread on the Benz forum with some saying the same thing, it looks similar. IMO, the CLS is gorgous but some really seem to hate it. I think there are some similarites but not identical.

I don't get how you can have a "4 Door Coupe". That's an oxymoron IMO. The only thing that can truely get away with being a 4 door coupe would be the RX-8, since it has 2 main doors and looks like a coupe, but has 2 doors that fold outward behind them.

I dont see any similarities either, although the benz wheels would look good on the ES
