I have read a lot of threads that I found after searching. I have all of the lights lit that are listed. The car runs and drives great. No performance issues. It seems that there are a lot of different reasons that these three lights will light at the same time...from throttle position sensor to an abs sensor.
I took my car to autozone this morning and they said that because of liability reasons, they won't do the OBD11 diagnosis anymore. The car is going to the dealer on Tues, but my question is whether or not I should be driving the car with the check engine light on. The dealer said that as long as the car is running ok, it should be alright to drive. Anyone with any experience please chime in on whether or not the car should be ok to continue driving.
Thank You.

Well, my fathers 01 Highlander had a similar issue with the check engine light. It came on after a car wash and he panicked. He called the dealership and they said that 'as long as the car was running smoothly with no issues/noise etc', it should be fine to keep driving it till his appointment a week later.
Consequently, the light magically dissapeared a few days later...hasn't come back.

Gabe, that's B.S. the way Autozone won't check error codes on your car. Besides, that's one of the free services the store offers to their customers. Maybe you can try another Autozone store, or Pep Boys if available where you live.
When those lights come on (for my '01 ES, it's the TRAC OFF and check engine lights), it usually means that your car is running in "safety" mode, so your car should be safe to drive for now. Definitely get it in to your dealership as soon as you find out what's going with your warning lights.

Thanks for your replies. I'm going to call around and see if any other Autozone's will run the diagnostic. The one that I went to, didn't say whether it was an individual store policy or a chain policy to not run the diagnostics anymore.

Same thing happened to me when I first got my car. It was my charcoal canister. The car should be safe to drive as I drove mine for about 2 weeks before replacing c-canister.

quite possibly the steering angle sensor, its not that the check engine light is on or that one of the others is on, they all came on for the same reason. could be steering angle sensor, they are done in these things alot. i think there is a TSB on it as well. but i might be wrong. tough to say without having the car infront of me.

Ok, I just got home after finding an autozone that would test my car. The code is P1133. After looking on here, it would appear that the problem is an O2 sensor on bank one. That's the one on the manifold between the engine and the firewall. Since I just bought the car Tuesday and this happened Tuesday, the place that I bought the car will be paying to fix the car. Ok, thanks for all of your input and help. You guys are great.
