92-96 ES300 headlight assemblies JDM vs USDM

are there any differences in the headlight assemblies JDM vs USDM, i.e. plugs, wiring, bulbs? are JDM windom headlights simply plug&play with the US ES300? thanks. just want to confirm.

i think theyre the same except the orange reflector on the USDM housing is an actual light on the JDM housing
