We dont have big bodys......and its not how big you go either
I saw a maxiama yesterday on some 20 inch chrome cheapies.... that was definitley a ghetto cheezy look.
You drive a "Lexus" keep it clean.....unless you have a big body like our boy IcEnPinKi

Again thanx for the feedback guys!
Btw, are those 19's on yours?? They look sweet!
IcEnPinKi,
I'm getting 19x8.5 with 35 offset with 235/35-19 Tires, the dude said im gonna need to roll rear fender a bit and shouldnt cost me no more than $50 the most. Hopefully everything will work out fine.

I was wondering the same thing about the size. Im honestly thinking of going with the 18x7.5 foose chrome speedsters. I think they will look great. but i really dont wanna loose all the quality in the ride i have. Also Colorado isnt the best for road quality. so pot holes and BLIZZARDS are a concern as well.
Dont mind me if i seem a bit bitter about the word blizzard. We are supposed to get 1-2' (yeah feet) of snow tomorrow. Today it was 67 and sunny.

I did 19x8.5 with a 35et on a 1995 Toyota Avalon before (same chassis as the ES) and it required basic rolling. The tire design is very slim, and when teamed with rolling and a little negative camber it should be fine.
Plus the more aggressive offset and width will give the ES a very nice stance.
As for the 20" debate, I think with a 20x7.5, the right design, and a 225 tire it could look nice. (Lowering is a MUST when you put 20" wheels on ANYTHING). The reason most ES vehicles don't look so hot on 20s is because the wheels are spec for a GS (20x8.5, lower offset and 245/35-20 tires) Even a brand new ES is not meant to carry that spec, which is why Icenpinki ran into issues. Although the newest ES is a bigger car, it still has the inherent FWD limitations (offset, fender depth, etc)
Icen, get some smaller tires and that may help, also I dont know about the safety aspects of riding around with a spacer stuck in your springs! Good luck.
