Hoebag, how much ground clearance do you have now(about how many inches is that lip in height)? I can't go through the lexus car wash because my car is too low and now I hopping after I get the lip I can still go through my new fav car wash.

eh.. i dunno.. my 19s will raise me up a little bit, so im not too concerned..

solution to your problem: wash your own car! lol.. plus the touchless car washes never get all the dirt off and the automatic ones with the drapes or whatever tend to carry a lot of dirt and end up scratching the clear coat on your paint

polyurethane is a type of plastic.. i think you meant to say fiberglass... and yea its fiberglass.. usually i hate fiberglass kits, but im gonna have this lip reinforced, so i wont have to worry too much

fiberglass is a hard plastic, polyurethane is like a soft plastic (somewhat flexible to resist cracking and so forth)...and good idea for reinforcing the lip...best thing to do!!!

Most jdm kits are FRP... fiberglass reinforced plastic. Not like the regular flimsy fiberglass kits here in the U.S.

When I brought my kit to the shop to get it painted and installed, they were surprised at the quality of the jdm kit.
