Default 02 navigation and dvd for 2k?

02 ES indash display with navigation computer and dvd changer for $2,000.
Is this a good deal?

The 1st pic with the NAV unit was out of a late-model Camry or Highlander. The owner is from the LOC site, who incorporated the mod to his '97 ES. He bought the unit off of Ebay, as well as the voice-activated navigation system and other wiring harnesses for the NAV. A lot of time was reserved for installing the mod, but he saved some $$$ (much less than $2,000 if I remember correctly) and has proven that this is possible for a pre-'02 ES

So if you have the know-how on installing navigational units and a lot of time on your hands, then this project may be up your alley.

get urself a aftermarket unit, u'd save ur self plenty time and money...the Eclipse AVN units have some of the best reviews and looks similar to the unit u have pictured plus its in dash cd/dvd capabilities are good also!!!

I wonder if there're any hardness adapters out there for 02 ES to 97-99 or maybe he made the hardness himself..?
