Yeah it was dark when I got finished so the new faceplate was out of the question. Im just glad there isnt a gaping hole where the cupholder went. People look into my car all the time at school and it was embarassing.

Is that the black hard foam material for the surrounding? No offense lexbox, but I'd rather see some similar black plastic finish around the radio unit instead. Closely matches with the existing surround from the A/C cluster

haha Its actually 1" MDF wrapped in some spare carpet I had lying around. I have known for a long time that I was going to move the EQ so I never really created a permanent solution to the surrounding. Now that everything is finished, I have to order about 6 switches and then I will begin the process of building its final surrounding.
