Anything different about those? Not too familiar with the differences (if any) of the 97-01s....

Those HID lights should be an easy swap-out process as long as you have the full set (HID lamps, bulbs, ballasts). Hoebag, you may want to check out the DIY stickied link here if you plan to do the install yourself.

where did you find those, and what did they set you back? I would absolutely love a set of those eventually.....but my silverstars will have to do for now as I have other priorities. Every nice car needs HID's though.....they just top off the "lux" look.

i dont need the stock ballasts or bulbs so ill probably sell them

Hey I need a fresh set too for my upcoming retrofit on this 99 but as for me, I'll grab a set of halogen ones and use that for my creation

HOEBAG,if i already have an HID conversion kit, what would be the benefit in upgrading to those?

would it be the leveling or what?

im taking out the auto-leveling since i dont need it and im too lazy to figure out how the wiring would work

i bought them because i really like the looks of them and im tired of the glare i get & no cutoff line.. i blind too many people.. lol
