Problems:
My savv tv donesn't work after less than 2 months- contacting savv tomorrow and demanding that they warranty it. first savv screen didn't even work at all

My rear bumper get bumped in a parallel parking spot- needs to be repainted a 2nd time

My right front caliper is draggin- after having shop paint my calipers purple with g2 caliper paint they put my brakes back on wrong causing me to by new rotor and pads even though the others were 3 months old.

My driver visor broke and won't go up- lexus wanted 250 for new one, decided on getting used one for 45 instead.

My mods are listed below, should have exclusive front lip in mid next month and I will paint both front and rear bumpers at that time.

Still deciding which coilovers I'm getting this month either ksport or tein. than my car will be finished, hopfully by end of june and i will post pics then.

Year of ES: 2001 Cashmere Beige on Ivory leather with Factory AVS suspension & HID's

Mileage: 58,000 miles (97,000 KMS, hey, I'm Canadian & we use kilometers )

Status: I pretty much have the car exactly the way I want it with 20% 'charcoal' llumar tint all around. Major tune up done at 45,000 miles, currently using Amsoil ASL 5W 30 along with Amsoil HD oil filter, K & N air filter. Riding on Toyo Proxes TPT (205 60 16). Car has been completely rust-proofed (twice) with Sym-Tech rust protection (black undercoating & yellow paste on all other body panels). Professionally detailed twice a year with paint & fabric/leather treatment. Other than that, my 'baby' is 100% stock!

Future plans: New fog & clear rear turn signal blubs (a fellow LOC & CL member & good friend is assisting me later this month). Amsoil synthetic ATF change & Toyota Super Long Life (pink) coolant change. I see Goodyear Triple Treads (H speed rated) with an 80,000 mile tread life & excellent winter weather performance in the future as well!

ES year: 1998

Mileage: 108, 083

Status: Everything is fine on the ES. I just need to slap the rotors on the brake lathe and give it a go. i also need to replace the upper strut mounts. other than that, everything is not too bad at this point.

Future plans: I'd like to do a bit of upgrading on the suspension by installing an OEM solara strut tower brace and perhaps some sways for the rear also. I also plan to replace the factory head unit becuase the LCD is broken.

Vincent, this is a common problem on most '97-'01 ES. Mine used to have it on the driver side, but I took care of it by purchasing and replacing the B door pillar piece for $60. It is possible to re-clear the existing piece, but depending on your choice of body shop, the expense to do the job will be more than the cost of the item itself. Also, the OEM part is already clearcoated, so it only needs to be simply installed.

Same thing happened to my 01 as well. Both sides replaced under warranty.

Bone Stock. Car needs a new paint job but otherwise is in good shape.
Nothing major on maintenance. Have been using Mobil 1 every 7,500 miles.
Mostly drive highway miles. Trying to get it to 300,000 miles and then I can get a new car.

Future plans:
Just keep driving it till it dies or starts to cost too much to maintain.

That's excellent mileage on your year ES. Hope to see you keep logging on more miles, and Mobil 1 is a great choice for oil

That's a very rare color on the '00-'01 model. Care to show any pics of your ES?
