I really like that color on your ES bfx. Of course the clear tailights show off the attraction of the ES from the rear, I love it
Take excellent care of your ES!

Mileage: 115,+++
Status: sc430 wheels, clear corners, front strut bar, tint,
was in a hit and run last year, just got the rear bumper and side/roof of car redone.
Sitting at home: D2 coilover, evolution eyelids, and 2001 tails.
Plan for summer: get all of above put in + redo front bumper and hood. Maybe get a sway bar.

Name: Sohaib
ES year: 1992
Mileage: ~115K
Status: All required maintenance(timing etc transmission flush etc). Just had a two tone leather (dark brown surround with perforated oak inserts) installed. The car is lowered 2.25 inches and has IS300 rims. Put in 8000K HID kit couple months ago. The car is currently in the Caribbean (where I currently reside) and in about 7 months I should be bringing the car back to the states.
Future Plans: Have to have the interior cleaned professionally and put in the original Lexus floor mats and am waiting for the body kit guy to fabricate the "unknown body kit", probably next week.
I am still contemplating putting a turbo kit in this car or a supercharger kit in my Benz. Would also like to put in a wood steering wheel. Just don;t have too much time between medical school and modding the ES.
Cheers

1993
106800 miles
Been battling major maintinance problems for six months. All are corrected. Did some major adjustments myself to the stock engine for more power.
Currently working on grafting a turbo into the car whenever the new welder comes in.

I feel it's time to bump this thread up since we're practically in the middle of the summer, and I'm sure some of us have been busy with modding and/or maintaining our beloved ES ![Cool](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/cool.gif)
Here's a quick rundown of mine:
- In mid-May, replaced the air filter w/ Toyota OEM.
- In late June, replaced all 4 tires w/ Bridgestone Turanza LS-H, and got wheels balanced. The local Midas shop was able to compete w/ Tire Rack's pricing, so I didn't have to worry about shipping costs. It feels awesome to ride new tires once again, and to embrace in the comfort of a new Lexus again![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
- I'm starting to hear a noticeable whining noise coming from the front pass. side of my car when it starts up cold at idle every morning. The noise does go away after I drive off 10 minutes later. Although I haven't taken a closer inspection, my instinct is telling me that the accessory drive (serpentine) belt is probably the source of the problem, and that it could be worn out and needs replacing. Hopefully this can be remedied without the need to go down to the dealership.
- On a positive note, I got 2 dents removed by Dent Wizard at a guy's house in Queens, NY a couple weekends ago. They were located on the rear driver side door, and on the rear passenger quarter panel. Cost was a big discount compared to the retail price at a dealership, and I'm very happy to see no dents or dings on my ES
