Default 1996 es300 with around 90,000 miles,, what maintanance?

ok well im the second owner for the car. my dads has had it since it was 40,000 miles and to my knowledge nothing has been maintained or replaced but the oil.
so wht i wanna ask is what should i check up on,anyone hav ea full list? everything is working just fine, knock on wood. The only thing i already know i need to change is the tranny fluid, b\c its already brown, and not red which is bad but it didnt really have maintanative owners(my dad knows alot about cars but his philospophy is dont fix it till something breaks)

Also tranny fluid full change woudl cost me 100 dollars at the shop, anyone have detailed instructions of DIY? I can work with cars,so i have some experience, and can ask my dad to help if i cant do something.

here's a thread from this site. if you do a little search in here. you can find everything you're need.. put in 90K servicer or 90,000 service on Search and you're get a ton of infos

i had my tranny flushed and it didn't even cost a hundred bucks... not saying that you should get your tranny flush. many member siad. a drain and fill is the best... and that's only 50bucks from where i'm at(NYC). i'm guessing you're need to do :
full tune up(spark plugs, wires, dis cap, rotor),
timing belt and water pump.
replaces the pvc valve , change the EGR filter.
radiator flush(every two year),
gas filter
ummm.. well that's all i can think of right now. but like i said.. do a search..
