whats the best exhuast for a 2000 es300?

 

i have an apexi rs (race spec) on my 97.. juan has an apexi ws2 (world sport 2) on his 96

 

just get a universal one and get custom piping like we did

I have TRD / Borla exhast on my 97

 

Something that connects to a turbo... No shiznit.

A Borla Pro XS muffler, with a spiral resonator. No/high-flow cat convertor, custom y-pipe.

At least ebay the Borla Pro XS, with a spiral resonator. There is no reason to exceed 2 1/2" exhaust pipe. Stock is 2 1/4" ID. There is no gain from adding larger exhaust pipe from the Y collector back.





Personally... The Borla/TRD muffler package is way to weak. Weak as <insert explicitive adjectives here>. To each, his own. That's my opinion.

 

greddy also made the sp catback for the camry/solara.. discontinued, but they have the sp2 now
apexi had the world sport catback (which can still be found some places) for the camry/solara, but now they have the world sport 2

original sp > sp2
ws > ws2

tanabe makes the super medallion (i think..whichever one is the big canister - not cylindrical) for the 1mz/mcv20..trd also makes an axleback

 

Factory exhaust IMO.
