reverse lights for a 2002 ES300, i want them brighter

i have 20% tint. if i change the bulb wattage. it will throw a loop in the computer. thinking the voltage is offif. it CAN cause a problem. so i'm not doing it. going to install lights under the car later. i have too many projects right now.
the 3 sec delay is a GREAT idea, i'll be doing that.
