Go check out my pics, what do you guys think, looks nice?

Finally a Forced cold air intake for our ES300's! 92-96

Let me know! I have worked on it a long time and I’m dying for feedback. Any one with and ES feel free to ask me any questions about it, I’m also working on a 97 and up intake!

"Alias Racing Intakes!" For ES300's only!

Not for the SC, GS not even the LS…the ES damn it we deserve it!

Forced air rocks, not just a CAI it would be a FCAI

Forced cold air intake, kinda like Ram air!

This is a pic of the ram air scoop cut with a special curve mouth that buts up against the bumper opening to maximize forced air, and the filter is way back in the engine bay, that’s the only way you can get forced air, because by the time it hits your filter its already going at a high velocity where as if the filter sits in the bumper, the filament hits the air right away, and it doesn’t have a chance to get forced into the pipe at no immediate restriction. It also keep the filter away from water and snow, I have gone through huge rain puddles with nothing but awesome performance out of it.

Cool air intake

Do you have more pics of this car , I have a 93 ES ?
does this pipe go back to the stock air filter or
did you change that ?
has there been a improvement on preformance?
what did you do with the air sensor?

I know that I am asking a lot of questions, but I
only want to change things on my ES if it
improves, not decreases its preformance.

Thanks alvin

I think that the air flow sensor is different in 93, I need pics of your engine to make the intake for you, I did make it all my self, I have a little work shop in my garage. I have all the metal saws and drills to make it. I even bought some tools to make it easier on me.

If you are interested in it I will totally fabricate one for you. Yes I do feel better performance, not as much with just the intake itself, but with the whole AC2I cold air system that I designed. It seems a lot quicker and more responsive it also sound freakin awesome!!!!!!!! A nice racy sound that only a performance intake can give you! Don’t bother looking around for them, this is the only cold air setup like this for the ES300 ever, the only one in existence. The only one that is even similar is the EL Prototype one, but it has the filter down in the bumper and it doesn’t get true forced air, but it does get cold air, and its also more susceptible to rain and water. This is the way to go.

Oh yah, your car rocks too! Nice and clean looking, where did you get your clear corners? I did mine myself.

Alvin, is that you engine bay in the gallery? What are those knobby things on the bumper under the lights?
And did your lights come stock clear like Ero style or what where did you get them?
And does your strut bar rub on the intake manifold when you put it in reverse?

After looking at the engine bay again of the green ES in the gallery I realized that it does have the same air flow sensor as mine, I think that is your car right Alvin, so why doesn't it look the same as yours? The chrome cone filter is not part of the sensor, you know that right?
I think that the sensor changed in 94 so 92-93 looks just like mine and 94-96 has a smaller sensor. The chrome cone filter is not part of the sensor, you know that right?

yes, if you put in strut bar on reverse, the
engine does not close but does not touch the manifold.
