Will lowering the springs void the warranty?

Nothing will void a warrantee if any damage caused is not directly, or indirectly related.
If you put those springs in & the engine blows up tomorrow, the warrantee is fine. However, if anything pertaining in any way to the suspension is damaged, obviously the warrantee is void on that repair.
In that case either eat the cost, or you could always go to court if you could prove your mod had nothing to do with the damage.
