They hold alot of melted snow, keep it from sloshing around and come in grey to match my interior. Coming up on the fourth winter and they still look great. $90 for the set of 4.

I've got weathertech's as well. 
The ones I've seen at Lexus are black only........sort of defeats the purpose with my beige interior & the salt stains.
