Default removing rusted exhaust bolts

I don't have oxy - acetalyene tourch . I used a lot of wd 40 and it does not work . Any tip ? sahll I saw the head of the bolts off and then use electric drill to open the hole?

Cool

Buy a nut splitter, split the nut & the bolt will come out.


Take what's left of the bolt to a nut & bolt house & get new ones. Use anti-sieze when you put them back on.

On second thought this tool will probably do the job......it's cheaper and you can pick it up locally if you have a Sears store in your neighborhood. http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/produ...pecialty+Tools
