polarized gauge cluster?

polarized gauge cluster?
During a sunny daytime I get a lot of glare on my gauges and I have to turn the gauge lighting up to be able to read the gauges. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about getting the plastic over the gauge cluster polarized or something like that, to stop the glare over the gauges during the day. Any info is much appreciated!

I sometimes get that glare effect in my '01 ES, especially in the middle of a sunny afternoon. Lexus solved that problem with their '02 model when they implemented a GS-like, sporty design of the instrument gauge cluster
I was going to say something to the effect of tinting the plastic cover, but then that would hinder your eyesight of the gauges, so that probably wouldn't work. I guess there's not much to do except to stick with this issue.
